Dear Mr. Apasi,
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I was referring to CALA and amny
linguists do agree with their five vowel system, especially here in Peru
(Cuzco University)..
With respect to Enrique Chucuyo, he was elected second on the list of
Cambio 90 and left politics following the the suspention of the old
parliament. He did not run for the Constitutional Assembly in 1993 or
since. If Flores is the same person as Tecona, he was not elected for
Cambio 90 but I think for Somos Peru. He was one of the so called
"transfugos" last year. Is that what you mean by "political skill"?
