hola a todos,
mi nombre es Marina y me acabo de suscribir. Estoy tratando de escribir un
artículo sobre las consecuencias de la imposición del español al pueblo
aymará y a todos los pueblos indígenas en general. Mi tesis es que la
imposición del español no fue la imposición de un instrumento de
comunicación sino un arma más en la conquista, ya que toda lengua implica
una forma de ver el mundo y los españoles impusieron su forma de ver el
mundo. A todos lo que me puedan mandar información sobre el tema o
sugerencia de lectura se lo agradecería muchísimo.

hello everybody,
my name is Marina and I just suscribed to this e-mail list. I am trying to
write an article about the consequences of the imposition of the Spanish
language to the aymara people and all the indiginous people. My tesis is
that the imposition of the Spanish language was not only the imposition of a
way of comunicating but a kind of "gun" in the sense that each language
implies a way of interpretating the world (eine Weltanschauung) and the
Spanish imposed their way of interprating the world.
I would thank if someone could send to me information about this subject or
recomend some book.
