El Movimiento Indígena Pachacuti (MIP), propuso ayer la
industrialización de la hoja de coca y del gas natural para promover
el desarrollo de las 20 provincias del departamento de La Paz. Su
candidato Fernando Moya, aseguró que el progreso va unido a una mejor
administración, principalmente, de los recursos del gas.
Moya, quien
hace poco presentó su plan de gobierno prefectural, explicó que la
propuesta tiene que ver con mejorar la producción de la hoja de coca
en la zona de los Yungas, como también utilizar los recursos del gas
para promover mayor infraestructura en salud, educación y caminos. ...
