Este foro expresa opiniones diversas.  La Revolucion Aymara a mi parecer es 
una revolucion de cultura que poco a poco esta reactivando "Bolivia".  Si los 
Aymaras, Quechuas y otros grupos Indigenas hubieramos podido participar como 
ciudadanos en tiempos pasados de la "Republica" no hubieran despedasado a 
Bolivia las guerras que usted ya conoce.
