Se supone que un mandato presidencial en Bolivia debe durar 5
años. Sin embargo, Mesa ha renunciado a menos de 20 meses de haber
jurado en el cargo. Este período es mayor a los 14 meses que fue
presidente su antecesor Gonzalo Sánchez de Losada y seguramente del
mandatario que le remplace...
