<br />El Alto, la ciudad de mayoría aimara y que tiene una población
de 800 mil habitantes, es la vía de salida de la sede de Gobierno
hacia todo el resto del país y para viajar al exterior. Cuando El Alto
paraliza sus actividades y sus pobladores impiden masivamente el
tráfico, como ha venido ocurriendo desde hace dos semanas, se
estrangula también la vida en La Paz....
