El milli, tradición agrícola que practicaban las comunidades
circunlacustres del Titicaca, ha desaparecido. los pobladores
ignoran la causa, aunque el origen está en las obras realizadas
para regular inundaciones y aprovechar recursos hídricos. La
sed de tres países amenaza la cuenca del Titicaca. Están
preocupados. Hace tres años que están esperando que el nivel del
lago Titicaca baje. Pero eso no ocurre, y es probable que nunca
más se pueda practicar el centenario milli ...
