En países con grupos étnicos diversos, con clara presencia de
mestizaje, en los que se encuentran indígenas, negros y blancos, el
hablar de racismo, parece estar fuera de contexto, pero es
precisamente eso lo que ocurre en varios países latinoamericanos, el
Perú es solo un ejemplo de cómo prácticas racistas y discriminatorias
están arraigadas en la vida cotidiana....
