[CANO] FW: Una participación de buena fé, en el marco de la
democracia occidental, ha sido la cumplida por los candidatos
indígenas en las recientes Elecciones Presidenciales, Congresales y al
Parlamento Andino Celebradas en Perú la semana pasada.
En el caso de
los Candidatos Aymaras Tomas Alarcón, Florentino Zegarra y Lydia
Chicalla, que postularon al Congreso Nacional, ninguno alcanzó escaño,
pero su sacrificio ha dado como resultado que los DERECHOS DE LOS
PUEBLOS INDIGENAS sean incluidos. Sin ambages, en la Agenda Política
Nacional....
