no conosco al señor Cardenas como comunero de dicha comunidad, no
entiendo porque este señor se denomina Presidente de la Comunidad de
Jicamarca, tengo conocimiento que el Presidente de Jicamarca es el
señor Dionicio HUAPAYA Jimenez.
