Una embarcación de totora de 11 metros y dos pisos, denominada Wiñay
Marka, surca desde ayer el lago Titiqaqa para crear conciencia

El mediodía de ayer, Ch´ililaya (Puerto Pérez) vivió una
fiesta al despedir al Wiñay Marka (pueblo eterno, en aymara), que
emprendió su travesía por el lago sagrado.
