Hola a todos:
He estado leyendo en internet varios posts, acerca de la posibilidad de
refundar la Confederacion Peru-Boliviana, en funcion a las grandes
similaridades historicas y culturales entre Peru y Bolivia. ¿Creen que se
deberia llevar esta propuesta, a nombre de Peru y Bolivia, a la Asamblea
Constituyente?
