Por supuesto que la riqueza ha de crearse. Pero, ¿que papel juegan las 
nacionalidades si se confederam P y B? Moririan las identidades que ambos 
paises han construido? Es importante tomar en cuenta esto porque esto 
incluso influye sobre la aceptacion que tendria la nueva confed.
