Nuevamente el domingo 19 de noviembre del 2006, en el Perú se llevan
acabo las electorales regionales y municipales. Estas en lugar de ser
una esperanza de Desarrollo, es sólo un proceso de empoderamiento de
corrupción, impunidad y continuar con lo mismo de siempre, antes que
dar solución, entre otros, a los graves problemas de mejorar la
dignidad de vida, mejorar la calidad ambiental ...
