Las tierras actuales de la region "media luna" son tierras regaladas (a no 
encontrar mejor palabras) a gente extranjera por sin numero de gobiernos 
"elegidos democraticamente".  Reconocer a dicha region como autonoma es reconocer la 
injusticia que plaga Bolivia.
