[aymara] ES EL PARLAMENTO AYMARA UNA GRAN ESTAFA?

  Bueno amigos de la red, hace tiempo lei a Francisco S. Quispe y lo que decia parecia muy coherente, sobre que el parlamento aymara es solo un grupo que no tenia representatividad y que solo usaba a los aymaras que no tenian formacion profesional.
  Si tu tienes antecedentes al respecto me gustaria mucho que me lo enviaras.
